We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Request:
You may file for an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your product. To initiate the process:
Upload a video of the product clearly showing its condition.
Email us the video along with your exchange request at silvessabyharshita@gmail.com
Verification & Approval:
Once we receive your exchange request and video, our team will verify the condition of the product. If your request is approved, we will notify you via email. After approval:
Your item will be picked up within 5-6 days, or You can choose to ship it back to us.
Exchange Options
You can choose to:
Exchange the product for a new product or the same product (subject to availability).
Opt for a coupon code for the value of your purchase, which will be valid for 4 months from the date of issue.
Exchange Conditions
For an exchange to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:
Unworn and in original condition.
No signs of wear or damage.
In its original packaging (including box and pouch).
Tags (if any) must still be attached.
Return & Refund Policy
Currently, Silvessa does not offer cash refunds. Instead, any returned items will be eligible for an exchange or a coupon code for store credit.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your exchange request is approved:
Silvessa will arrange a pick-up for the item within 5-6 business days.
Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back to us at your own cost
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
